Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We believe we should earn your business with every visit. All of our maintenance plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with a simple phone call or email.

Are chemicals included in the monthly price?

Yes! Our standard weekly maintenance plans include all necessary maintenance chemicals (chlorine, salt, acid, stabilizer, etc.). You won’t get hit with surprise fees just because your pool needed a little extra help that week. Specialty treatments (like phosphate removers or algaecides for green pools) may incur an extra cost, which we will always approve with you first.

Do I need to be home when you service the pool?

Not at all. As long as our technicians have access to your backyard (gate code or unlocked gate), we can service your pool while you are at work or running errands. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we finish.

Service & Logistics

What happens if it rains on my service day?

We service pools rain or shine! However, during heavy storms or lightning, we may not be able to perform physical cleaning (vacuuming/skimming) for safety reasons. In these cases, we will still test and balance your water chemistry to ensure the pool stays healthy, and we'll resume full cleaning the following week.

I have a dog. Is that a problem?

We love dogs! However, for the safety of our technicians and your pet, we ask that dogs be kept inside on your scheduled service day. If that isn't possible, please let us know so we can discuss specific arrangements.

How do I know you actually showed up?

We pride ourselves on transparency. After every visit, our technician logs the service in our app. You will receive an instant email report that includes a photo of your clean pool, the exact chemical readings, and a checklist of what was done.

When is it safe to swim after you service the pool?

Generally, we recommend waiting about 30 minutes to 1 hour after service to allow the chemicals to fully mix and circulate.

Billing & Payment

How does billing work?

We make it easy. We bill monthly on the 1st of the month. We accept all major credit cards and offer a secure autopay option so you never have to worry about mailing a check or missing a payment.

Do you do repairs or just cleaning?

We do both! We are a full-service company. If we notice an issue with your pump, filter, or heater during a cleaning visit, we can diagnose it and often fix it. For larger repairs, we will provide a clear estimate for your approval before doing any work.
